CUKKA® designs, manufactures, and sells proprietary, patented wrist and ankle secure bags ("wrist wallets" / "ankle wallets") engineered for sports, travel, and active lifestyles. CUKKA® is a registered trademark, and all product designs (including Patent TR 201206572 / WIPO PATENTSCOPE TR423976148), photographs, graphics, text, and trademarks on our websites are the exclusive intellectual property of the CUKKA brand. You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, or resell our designs without prior written consent.
2. Orders, Pricing & Currency
- Transparent Pricing: All product prices and applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed and itemized in your shopping cart and at checkout in the specified transaction currency (e.g., GBP £, EUR €, or USD $) prior to completing your purchase.
- Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders prior to dispatch due to unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing typographical errors, or suspected unauthorized payment activity.
- Taxes & Customs: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include international customs duties or local import fees assessed outside the UK/EU.
